The short version
This website does not store your information, does not use cookies and does not track you. There is no database behind it and no account to sign up for. If you send us your details through the quote form, they go straight to us through WhatsApp or your own email app — they never pass through this website.
Who we are
J2 Patios & Driveways, a driveway and landscaping business working in Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire. If you have any question about your information, email j2driveways@outlook.com or call 07582 246849.
The quote form
The form on our home page asks for your name, your area or postcode, the type of job and any details you want to add. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp or your email app with that information already typed into a message. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press send yourself, and nothing is saved on this website at any point.
Once you send that message, we hold it the way any tradesman holds an enquiry — in our phone or email inbox — so we can quote for your job and get back in touch about it. We keep enquiries only as long as they are useful, we do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not pass your details on to anyone else.
Messages you send through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp, under their own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies. There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking of any kind.
Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve those fonts, Google receives your IP address, the same as it would on any website using that service. No cookie is set for it. Google’s handling of that is covered by the Google privacy policy. Everything else you see here — photos, videos and the area map — is served from our own website.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email j2driveways@outlook.com and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
